Dave recently did our annual oil boiler service for us. Great communication, timely response, and clean and tidy workmanship, all for a good price. Thoroughly nice man - who we would have no problems recommending.

Quick and Clean
I chose HRH plumbing & heating services after Dave called me to discuss my requirements. I was immediately impressed with his complete understanding of what needed to be done. His quote was about right for the work. He replaced all my downstairs radiators with up to date models and completed the work quickly and cleanly. I will definitely recommend HRH.

So happy with new oil boiler...
Our 30 year old oil boiler gave up, called Dave on the Friday, had a new boiler installed Tuesday! Really tidy work, the old boiler was indoors and an eyesore, we now have an outdoor boiler and saving space. So happy with it and the money we are saving on a new efficient oil boiler.

Dave was here at 8am...
If Dave says he’ll be there at 8am, he’ll be there at 8am. If Dave says he’ll get you a good price he’ll quote low and you’ll have the quote quickly. And then he turned up as planned, no fuss and did a very professional job installing my boiler. I’m very impressed and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Professional job...
New radiator installed and old ones removed. Old pipework from the previous installation caused issues that were quickly resolved. Annual boiler service was also carried out and an existing leaking sink was mended. Good customer service and price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend 👌

Dave is a very friendly and helpful heating engineer who has helped us out a few times now. Firstly in Kelvedon, where our boiler broke down a week before Christmas, he came to the rescue and replaced it for us straight away. He is very professional, polite and excellent at his job. We had no hesitation about calling him again when we moved to our bungalow; he came on the day we moved in to check the gas and the boiler was safe. Unfortunately, the boiler was condemned, but he was back within a couple of days, and a new boiler fitted, and full central heating was installed. Excellent service would highly recommend to anyone.

A plumber I can trust...
Having known Dave in a professional capacity for several years he is definitely a plumber I can trust. He always arrives on time, works cleanly and efficiently. Explains exactly what the issue is and if possible gives you options of the best way to deal with it bearing cost in mind. I have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends and they have also been extremely happy with his work. This includes my parents that have had 2 boilers fitted, (in different properties) a full change of radiators and a new kitchen plumbed in.

Fixed our broken boiler - and fast!
We woke up to no heating or hot water on a cold day in March - not ideal for a family of 5 with three daughters!. I contacted Dave and he solved the problem with our oil-fired boiler in no time at all. Thanks for fixing it so quickly and was even able to pay by credit card. Will be booking a boiler service with you before you get the winter rush.
